Detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa Exotoxin A ,Elastase Exoenzyme S , Alginate in Cosmetic and hygenic available products in Qazvin province

Abstract: Background and Aim : Pseudomonas Aeroginosa is an aerobic gram-negative bacillus and opportunist pathogen that has an important role as putrefaction agent in alimentary and cosmetic productions. Furthermore, it plays a considerable function to induce disease in patientswho may be affected by immunodeficiency condition as a pathogen . At present, antibiotic resistance and its causes have attended. In addition, many cases of burned patient‘s treatment have failed. Moreover, high resistance of these bacteria against antibacterial agents has proposed as one of the most noticeable problems in medical practice,so studying of expression rate of Alginate, Elastase, exotoxin A and Exoenzyme S genes are the most remarkable factors of pathogenesis of these bacteria, is to help for decontamination due to these genes.
Methods : In this research, firstly, Pseudomonas aeruginosa searched and recognized from 203 samples of cosmetic preparations on Tryptic Soy Broth and Cetrimide Agar culture . sensitive pattern is assessed by disk diffusion method with Kirby-Bauer technique by using of antibiotic disks,CIP,ATM,AK,CTX,CPM,IMI,GM accompany with CLSI standard table.PCR technique applied to assess expression of Alginate, Elastase, exotoxin A and Exo enzyme S genes.Reading the fact that the isolation have contained all four (Alginate, Elastase, exotoxin A and Exo enzyme).
Results : Two isolation of this bacteria are separated. Antibiotic Different drug patternsrecognized. Research showed that 100% of genus perused was sensitive to Imipenemand 100 % of them sensitive to gentamycin, ciprofloxacin, amikacin plus, azithromycin, Gentamicin , cefepime, cefoxitin . pathogenic genes and with regard to these isolation areseparated from cosmetic and hygienic preparations therefore , they could enumerate at pathogenic bacteria in skin and mocosa. For this reason promotion of quality level of these product is necessary .Forthunately , we do not see high level resistance to antibiotics.
