Among the mentioned bacteria having such effect, is Mycoplasma that has w ord. The purpose of this study is to investigate the resistance to tetracycline in the mycoplasma bacteria isolated from the cerebrospinal fluid and urine of the patient affected by MS.
Methods: This study performed as a continuation of the studies complete d to search for Mycoplasma on 80frozen samples that one night were enhanced on PPLO broth then for7 weeks have been passaged to PPLO broth and PPLO agar until colonies has shaped. After extracting DNA by using the specific Mycoplasma primers.
Results: in 5 samples Mycoplasma was certainly observed After wards. Double PCR is performed to investigate the resistance of the gene 16 s r RNA (alleles rrs3, rrs4) .Then sequencing and prepration of phylogenetic tree done.
Conclusion: This study showed presence of th e alleles of the potential of resistance to Tetracycline in Mycoplasma Spp in urine fluid . Sequencing and phylogenetic tree showed mutation in alleles(rrs3,rrs4) have been happened.It was first detected alleles(rrs3,rrs4) in human Mycoplasma Spp.
