Introduction: Gastrointestinal and liver diseases are the most common causes of morbidity and one of common causes of death in Iran. Method: This is a cross-sectional descriptive study conducted on 400 patients who referred to GI clinics in Yazd in 1389. Results: According to this study the most common diseases in GI clinics were respectively as follows: Gastroesophageal Reflux (22.5%), irritated bowel syndrome (17.8%), non ulcer dyspepsia (14.3%) and other diseases (13.8%) and ulcerative colitis (14.5%). Conclusion: The study results revealed that acid pepsin diseases and irritated bowel syndrome increase in were the most common GI disease that can be on result of prevalence of H.pylori
